The Outreach Ministry reaches individuals and churches beyond the physical walls of Prayer and Deliverance Center. Spearheaded by Mother Catherine Skinner, this ministry touches people from diverse cultures, beliefs, and values. Mother Skinner travels nationally and internationally mentoring, coaching, intermingling with people from all walks of life, and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. In her travels, she acquired a nickname of “Mother straighten it out” because of her steadfastness in the apostolic doctrine. Through her unique style, she teaches, instructs, and expounds on God’s Word using the Holy Bible as her guide. She is zealous about introducing everyone to the plan of salvation and goes the extra mile to ensure that the mission is accomplished.
